Poster Creation Instructions:

To create the poster, please observe the following guidelines. Posters must be written in Romanian or English. Each poster will contain 4 sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions, clearly delimited by corresponding subtitles and, if necessary, by graphic elements. Figures will be numbered in order of their appearance and will be large enough to allow details to be distinguished. The poster will have a „Portrait” orientation, with maximum dimensions of 70 cm width x 130 cm height. The chosen fonts and sizes must allow for easy viewing of the text. Since all posters will also be published on the conference website, on a dedicated page, please send a .pdf file of your poster to the address: stefan.olaru@uaic.ro.

The deadline for submitting posters is: 20.10.2025. In the conference program, each poster will be allocated 5 minutes for its presentation by the indicated author.

Instructions for oral presentations:

Microsoft PowerPoint will be used for the oral presentation. We recommend predominantly using static images (charts, photos, drawings, etc.) in the presentation and using animations and videos sparingly.

The time allotted for an oral presentation is 10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions and answers, with the communication language being Romanian or English.
